Hope for Justice staff, supporters and volunteers around the world have been taking part in the #EndItMovement Shine A Light Day today, February 23rd.
END IT is a coalition of the leading organisations around the world who are together in the fight for freedom, determined to bring an end to modern slavery and human trafficking. The coalition aims to raise awareness, then turn that awareness into practical action.
One day a year, everyone who supports the aims of the movement lights up their social media networks by drawing on their hands the red cross representing #EndIt and posting a picture.
Here are just a few of the pictures posted by those who are standing with Hope for Justice in the fight end modern slavery:

Today is shine a light on slavery day! ❌ While a red X won't stop slavery it can lead to education and awareness. -Human trafficking is the second largest and fastest growing crime on earth, second to only drug trafficking. – Commercial trafficking of minors is the fastest growing sex crime. -Only 1-2% of victims are ever rescued. -18,000-20,000 victims are trafficked across US borders every year. -The average age of entry into sex trafficking is 12-14 for girls and 11-13 for boys. -In TN alone 94 children are trafficked every month. #enditmovement #shinealightonslavery #slaverystillexists #endslavery #endhumantrafficking #inittoendit #freedom #untileveryoneisfree
