Hope for Justice is seeking a strong leader of people for the new role of Head of Partnerships Development, based in Manchester, UK, and overseeing our Partnerships teams all over the globe.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a results-driven environment, used to inspiring teams to meet performance goals. You also need to be adept at improving systems and processes to increase the efficiency of our fundraising and to make the best of each opportunity.
As well as managing our Partnerships teams on an individual and team basis, you will be responsible for the further standardisation of our processes internationally, the creation and monitoring of country-level income forecasts, and the recruitment of high-calibre staff to expand our teams. You will also have a key role when Hope for Justice launches in new countries.
This important role for Hope for Justice demands a flexible, organised, confident leader, used to hitting deadlines and making best use of data and systems to achieve the best results. Hope for Justice depends on public fundraising to be able to run our world-leading anti-trafficking projects. The Head of Partnerships Development will have a crucial role in boosting our fundraising to allow the expansion of these programmes, while working in a busy, people-focused, rewarding Head Office environment.
