Hope for Justice is seeking an exceptional candidate as Head of Church Partnerships. This senior role, which has been newly created, is an opportunity for an experienced, confident leader who is passionate about justice issues to make their mark on the anti-slavery movement and our organisation. You will develop and implement an effective strategy to nurture, grow and advance our important partnerships with churches.
The Head of Church Partnerships will also be responsible for creating, inspiring and managing a team of remotely-based staff who will engage directly with partner churches and potential partners.
Churches are an important part of the anti-slavery movement, and many choose to fund the work of Hope for Justice to achieve this aim. The Head of Church Partnerships will help maximise donations from churches and the number of GUARDIANS, Hope for Justice’s community of regular givers, from church congregations.
You will need to be an enthusiastic gatherer and motivator of people, someone who feels just as at-home when speaking to an audience as when they are writing a budget report or strategy document.
You will be a crucial part of the team at our Head Office in Manchester, which is a highly rewarding, positive and people-focused environment.
